BRI has partnered with central location facilities across the US in order to establish a network that meets
our high quality standards. The CLT management system that we have developed within SmartIDEAS is used on-site
by each of our central location partners. This allows us to monitor projects closely and ensure the highest quality.
- The BRI network includes 60 facilities in malls and free-standing locations, owned by 32 facility partners
- Locations are representative of the national US market
- Locations are managed by a BRI project manager at head office through the SmartIDEAS platform.
- Locations use the BRI portal, but only see their own location data. The BRI project manager can check recruiting, screening, product placement, and completed surveys to ensure that quotas and other controls are in place.
- Locations record all screening information for each candidate in the online portal and information is checked by the BRI project manager
- Up to 100% of recruiting may be validated, depending on project needs
- A variety of types of research projects may be conducted:
- Research on-site for product and taste testing projects, for which respondents complete an online survey on-site following the session
- Home use tests and product trials in which respondents pick up and return the product to the central location. Surveys may be completed with the respondent at the central location or from their home.
