Bellomy Research Appoints Susan Cornish as VP, Account Director
Winston-Salem, NC, Nov. 13, 2007 – Bellomy Research, Inc., a national marketing research consultancy
firm based in Winston-Salem, announced today that Susan Cornish, PhD. has joined the company as a Vice
President - Account Director. Cornish has held senior positions with some of the largest marketing research
firms in the industry, most recently with Morpace Inc. Susan earned a Ph.D. and Master of Science degree at
the University of Toronto, where her dissertation focused on new product development.
Reporting directly to the President, Scott Layne, Cornish will lead client services and market development
initiatives. Susan has 15+ years experience in research design and analysis with Fortune 500 clients in the
packaged goods, technology, retail, restaurant, and energy industries. According to Layne, “she has successfully
managed a number of large global clients and tracking programs. Susan is experienced with new product development,
concept and product testing.” Layne further notes that, “Susan has a broad and deep knowledge of all research
methods. Her addition to our team complements the significant skill set within BRI and her leadership will be
evident through her exceptional client service.” Cornish and her team will focus on providing custom research solutions
to a growing base of clients and delivering a BRI point-of view.
