Bellomy’s mobile phone surveys and applications give respondents access surveys at any time and provide Bellomy panelists and MROC members the ability to login to panels and online Communities while they are on the go.

Our mobile phone surveys give respondents the ability to take surveys wherever they are – waiting in a doctor’s office, commuting on public transportation. We provide the ability to reach a defined list of respondents for short surveys via text messaging and all our online surveys are now formatted to be compatible with the most popular Smartphones (i.e. BlackBerry, iPhone, Droid). This allows us to reach respondents in their preferred method of communication (especially hard-to-reach tweens and teens).

Bellomy’s panelists and Community members have the ability to upload images to the Community or panel via email or multi-media messages on their mobile phones. Additionally, they may access their dedicated panel or Community website to post thoughts to forum discussions, upload pictures and interact with other members.

Bellomy can also develop a customized mobile data collection plan to reach respondents at specific centralized events or during retail experiences to get immediate, real-time feedback. Examples include conferences and meetings, retail stores, hotels, banks, restaurants, bars, car dealerships, theme parks and sporting events.
