Bellomy’s paper survey scanning provides an efficient means for processing paper surveys. We provide full-service management of customizable, machine-readable paper surveys. Service includes printing, mailing, receiving and scanning of completed surveys as well as the storing and integrated reporting of responses.

Paper surveys are hosted and stored within our SmartIDEAS database providing full integration with alternative response means and any historical data. We provide alternative responses for respondent convenience including call-in numbers taken by our phone center and online survey options all hosted on our SmartIDEAS platform.

SmartIDEAS forms the foundation for:

Our scanning system produces and processes machine-readable surveys with a variety of predefined form elements. We use industry-standard enterprise level scanners allowing for efficient and accurate survey scanning. Multi-page fixed forms, semi-structured documents or a combination can be processed in a single batch. Service also provides verification and validation based on configuration tolerance rules.
